He also is Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research in Cambridge, MA., the Sherm and Marge Telleen Research Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University, and Senior Fellow at the Property and Environment Research Center, PERC, Bozeman, Montana.
