Conference Registration

In order to participate in the Q&A sessions, you must first register by way of this form. Once you select the “submit” button, WordPress will email you login info. All fields are required.

Note that you need to register with your full name and institutional affiliation. Since the Q&A sessions may become cited resources, it is important to have correct attribution. Even though you will have entered your first and last name in the previous fields, please enter them again in the last field with your institution. Your entry for this field, such as “Ken Hiltner, UC Santa Barbara,” will appear above each comment that you make. Once you are logged in (and prior to making your first comment), please select “Edit My Profile” in the upper right of your screen, confirm that “Display name publicly as” is set to your name and institution, and select “Update Profile.” If your name and institution do not appear above your comments, please login and edit your profile.
